Damaged Goods Policy
Rude American USA is devoted to providing unrivaled customer service and technical support to our customers. We guarantee that our products are of the highest quality in workmanship and detail. Every unit is built in our Las Vegas Warehouse, Tested & Inspected so it unlikely you could receive a faulty product, however, in the unlikely circumstance that it is determined it was damaged during freight for example the unit can be replaced at out expense.

If you obtain a faulty product, or one that does not work as promised, please call our Customer Service Department at 1-855-228-7833 and we will take immediate action to resolve the issue. Apart from anything stated in this paragraph, all guarantees of Rude American USA are limited by and subject only to the conditions of the LIMITED WARRANTY STATEMENT.

 

Limited Warranty
Seller warrants to the original consumer/purchaser that the product purchased was thoroughly inspected before shipment and the construction of the product is guaranteed to be free of factory defects in design, material and workmanship for the life of the product. In the event of a defect, the Seller, in its sole discretion, reserves the right to repair or replace the product at no expense to the original consumer/purchaser. The original consumer/purchaser must notify Seller of any defect within thirty (30) days of discovery of such defect or the limited warranty is null and void. Seller reserves the right at its expense to inspect the product to determine the nature and cause of the defect and to determine whether the product can be repaired or must be replaced. This limited warranty is valid if and only if the
product has been operated in accordance with the instructions and directions provided with the product. This warranty does not cover damages resulting from neglect, modification, accident, misuse, abuse, or any action which constitutes a deviation from the instructions. Seller shall only be responsible for repair or replacement of the product in its sole discretion due to defects in design, material or workmanship.

Seller expressly waives any liability for incidental, consequential or contingent damages (except where otherwise required by law) or refunds. This warranty is exclusive and is made in lieu of any express or implied warranty as to fitness or merchantability. This warranty is only valid for products sold and used in the U.S.A. This warranty provides specific legal rights which may vary from state to state. Seller reserves the right to modify the design of any product without assuming any liability or an obligation to modify any product previously manufactured.
